Shirley Chisholm Village

Shirley Chisholm Village is a 135-unit multi-family 5-story affordable educator housing project in the Sunset District. Located at 1351 42nd Avenue, the project is a former school site that will be demolished and regraded. The project also consists of a community center, courtyard, and playground area. Civil engineering consisted of grading, utilities, stormwater control plan, offsite water, speed humps, ADA improvements, shoring coordination, survey, and preparation of an air space parcel map for affordable housing.
