Santa Rosa Community Health Center Dental Facility

The project converted an existing office building into a new dental facility for Santa Rosa Community Health Centers.  Along with the interior improvements, the exterior of the building required changes to accommodate the new use.  Using a topographic base prepared by our surveyors, Carlile Macy designed modifications to the parking areas and walkways in order to meet accessibility requirements.  The landscaping around the building was updated to work with the new building façade while preserving existing mature trees.  With an eye toward cost reduction, the project was designed to minimize the site construction in order to stretch a limited budget as much as possible to provide better dental equipment to help the underserved people in our community.
