Creekside Village

Creekside Village is an urban infill project consisting of 140 market-rate condominiums, 25 affordable housing units, a neighborhood park that will preserve a historical landmark, and connection to a citywide trail system. As lead consultant on the project, Carlile • Macy handled all entitlements for the project including rezoning, design review project approval, park master plan approval, in-depth archaeological studies, Environmental Impact Report coordination, and numerous neighborhood meetings with contentious special interest groups. Carlile • Macy is currently completing construction documents for the project, and phased construction is expected to begin in fall 2017.
