888 Fourth Street

Located in Downtown Santa Rosa, 888 Fourth Street is a seven-story apartment building with 90 units, two levels of parking with EV charging, a rooftop lounge area, a third-floor courtyard, and a bus stop structure incorporated into the building design. The project includes energy-efficient lighting and appliances, as well as rainwater capture for irrigation. A second phase, 891 Third Street, added 18 more units in a second building on the same lot following a lot merger and created a ground-level courtyard for both buildings to use.
