Meet Our Leaders
Great projects start with great people. We’re taking this time of industry recognition – Engineering Appreciation Month, World Landscape Architecture Month, and National Surveyors Week – to spotlight the leaders who help deliver results for our clients. Their experience and approach are grounded in the values that define our work: Creativity. Quality. Service.

Civil Engineering
Jim Fain, Mark Hale, Pete Crudo
Our Civil Engineering department is led by a collaborative team of seasoned professionals whose combined experience spans decades and disciplines. Beginning his career in flood control and stormwater management and drawing on his service in the Air Force, Jim brings a steady, solutions-oriented approach to complex regulatory and design challenges. With a career spanning more than four decades, Mark has built upon a broad foundation in civil and mechanical engineering, allowing him to balance technical problem-solving with a focus on how projects function in the real world. Starting with a background in home construction and surveying, Pete developed a practical understanding of how projects come together in the field, which informs his work today, where he focuses on clear communication, coordination, and problem-solving from concept through construction.
Landscape Architecture
Briana Morrison
Beginning her career in Texas in the planning and parks sector, Briana’s early focus on public spaces continues to influence her work today. She emphasizes community engagement and thoughtful, people-centered design, bringing a balance of detail-oriented execution and big-picture thinking to every project.
Land Surveying
James Smith
James has been with the company since the start of his career, working his way up from an entry-level role to department head and owner, giving him a deep, practical understanding of the field and the office. Specializing in boundary, topographic mapping, and construction layout, he approaches each project as a complex puzzle that requires both precision and experience to solve.
Technical
Cindy Omoth
With nearly fifty years of experience, Cindy is a Senior Civil Designer who launched her career in a family engineering and surveying business where she built a strong foundation in civil design and land planning. Guided by her background in art, she brings a practical yet aesthetically informed approach to every project. Cindy leads our technical department and is dedicated to mentoring her team for long-term success.
