Marinwood Apartments featured on SF YIMBY Daily Newsletter

Located in an unincorporated area just north of San Rafael in Marin County, the Marinwood Apartments affordable housing project was featured on SF YIMBY. The project is a mixed-use apartment complex comprised of 125 units situated in four three-story buildings and retail space in one of the buildings. Carlile Macy is providing both civil engineering and landscape architecture services. The landscape plans propose to remove a small number of the 21 existing trees across the site and introduce 128 new trees to shade surface parking and decorate the open space. The outdoor amenity space will include two play areas and a central courtyard between Buildings B and C.
