420 Mendocino Avenue Project mentioned in the Press Democrat

Carlile Macy’s 420 Mendocino Avenue Project was mentioned in the Press Democrat.  The eight-story, 168-unit mixed-use apartment building will include ground-floor commercial spaces, amenity spaces, and a parking garage.

From the article: There will be a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, along with close to 100 on-site parking spaces. The ground floor is set to include a new restaurant …  and a co-working lounge. A fitness center will be located on the second floor, while the top floor will feature an outdoor roof terrace. The project is slated to be completed by the second quarter of 2025.
