Northwest Santa Rosa Annexation

Northwest Santa Rosa Annexation 3-97 is an infrastructure master planning and design project for 162 acres in the northwest area of Santa Rosa. The infrastructure design included a mile-long widening of Fulton Road from a two-lane major arterial to a five-lane City standard regional parkway. Utilities consisted of sewer, water, storm drain, and joint trench coordination.

The project included a Master Drainage Plan for the annexation area, which required the planning and design to accommodate future development within the watershed. The design included a comprehensive watershed plan to prevent development flow increases from impacting downstream tributaries.

Other scope of work also included wetland mitigation, Standard Urban Stormwater Mitigation Plan, traffic signals, lighting, and coordination with residents to address fencing, driveway, and grading conforms.
